Scope of Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Regular house cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in / Move-out cleaning
Office and commercial cleaning
Post-construction cleaning
Vacation rental cleaning

The exact scope of work is determined at the time of booking and may be adjusted based on the condition of the property.

Pricing & Estimates

All prices displayed on our website or provided verbally are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Final pricing may vary based on:

Property size and layout
Level of dirt, buildup, or neglect
Time required to complete the service
Additional services requested on-site

Moms Eco Touch reserves the right to adjust pricing after inspection or upon discovery of conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.

Failure to submit payment may result in suspension of future services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

If cleaners are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be canceled and charged accordingly.

Clients must notify us in advance of:

Fragile or valuable items
Alarm systems
Areas requiring special care

Pets must be secured during service for safety reasons.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify Moms Eco Touch within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern; however, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Normal wear and tear
Improperly installed or unstable items
Damage caused by faulty materials or surfaces

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Changes to Terms

Moms Eco Touch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
