​If I would like to call and get an estimate, how long will the process take?

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any cleaning service up to 24 hours before the start time without any penalty.

Bookings canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Does someone need to be present when you clean?

That's up to you.  If you hide a key or have a doorman, then you don't need to be present.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Moms Eco Touch comes with all the necessary, kids-safe and pet-safe cleaning supplies needed, so there's no need to provide them. However if you'd prefer for us to use your cleaning supplies, just let us know.

What about tipping?
