Moms Eco Touch Cleaning Services
At Moms Eco Touch, we take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services. Due to the nature of cleaning services, all sales are generally considered final. However, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Claims submitted after this time frame will not be considered.
Upon review, Moms Eco Touch may, at its discretion:

Re-clean the affected area at no additional cost, or

Offer a partial refund or service credit.
Refund Limitations
Refunds or re-cleans will not be issued for the following:

Pre-existing damage, heavy buildup, stains, or wear and tear

Areas that were inaccessible or restricted at the time of service

Services declined, reduced, or modified during the appointment

Requests outside the original scope of work

Subjective dissatisfaction not related to service quality

Issues not reported within 24 hours
Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be communicated in advance.

Damage due to faulty, unstable, or improperly installed items

Normal wear and tear

Pre-existing conditions of surfaces or materials

Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
